I just did the math...there's...You know what??? I just did the math...there's 7 lbs of fruit/nuts in that there recipe!!!<br /><br />Hmmmm. It's never been a problem, but now I have to think about this!! <br /><br />On the other hand, I didn't have to candy grapefruit shells! What a lot of work that is! Are you going to have photos of the finished product? I'll bet it's spectacular...but how do you slice/serve it? Will the grapefruit peel overpower it? <br /><br />Waiting for answers - if you actually allow people to eat it! I think I'd be tempted to gift them all so that people are overwhelmed by your generosity but don't eat the product so that it keeps for the next year without being destroyed! If you "water" them, will the candied shells be affected??? all sorts of questions!sueknoreply@blogger.com
