Recipe: Lime Glazed Pork Chops

Grill

LIME GLAZED PORK CHOPS
Serves 6

1/3 C Karo dark corn syrup
Rind from 2 limes, grated or chopped very fine
Juice from the two limes (about 1/3 C)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp ground cloves
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick (reduce initial grilling time for thinner chops)

Combine all ingredients except pork chops in a small bowl, stirring well to combine. Grill chops 6 inches from heat, covered, for 30 minutes, turning once. Baste with some of lime mixture. Continue grilling about 30 minutes longer, turning every five minutes or so to create criss-cross grill pattern and basting with remaining sauce.
