Recipe: Broccoli with Fried Onion Rings



BROCCOLI WITH FRIED ONION RINGS

Serves 4-6

20 oz broccoli, cooked and drained (can use frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French-fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350o. Place drained broccoli in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole, cover with soup, and top with onion rings. Bake covered for 20 minutes.
