Recipe: Baked Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

My kind of food!
Serve with Alpine Village Potato Pancakes.


BAKED PORK CHOPS AND SAUERKRAUT



Serves 4



1 can sauerkraut

1 tsp pepper

½ tsp salt

4 thick pork chops



Preheat oven to 350o. Place sauerkraut in bottom of a lightly greased casserole. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and place on top of sauerkraut. Cover and bake 1 hour. Remove cover, and bake 20 minutes longer or until pork chops are brown.
