Well dang. If I'd known

the rib rack didn't photograph well from this perspective, I'd have moved.


There was also a four bean salad that had marinated for two days.

The rib rack is cool. It orients the ribs vertically above the coals. Decreases the probability of unintentionally burning. Like Mr. Big Food would burn ribs! Scoff.
