It was a nice day. Cool to start. Warmer later in the sun. Then the clouds starting showing up.

It was something to see. You should have seen that deer shoulder they were cutting and grinding up! Mr. Big Food showed me his spreadsheet as I was cleaning the kitchen. We are sausage rich. There are a few pounds of one called "Texas guts" something.
A little before 9am, Mr. Big Food, A. Leland, and I set out for Ackerman and the Choctow County Flea Market.
It was a bust except for one item-- something for Miss M's birthday!
None of the other roadside sales was any better.

UPDATE: Getting books for free-- including two complete sets of encyclopedias, one of which is really nice-- would top the JKF collection. Free Books! How can you top that?
