SEAFOOD SEASONING MIX
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped, or ½ tsp dried, crumbled
2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped, or ½ tsp dried, crumbled
Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
