There will be a sewing post just as soon as I finish the sewing. The product will be a much better than the product would have been if I'd only followed the instructions.
I have never once used a serger. And I haven't looked into them either, so I'm afraid I'm no help. With most things like sewing machines and tools I tend to go with model with the fewest bells and whistles-- even if I know what I'm doing! But that's just me. Good luck!
My daughter's pregnant with her first.
ReplyDeleteDid you know that you can't get plain old flat Curity diapers any more?
And that it's nearly impossible to find receiving blankets that are square? (although that was a problem in my day as well)
Anyway...as a dedicated Craigslister, I presently have an option of buying a Brother serger for $125, or a Singer serger for $175.
Any opinions or recommendations?
