Plummeting! UPDATE: I Take That Back

It's always good to see traffic on the blog just plummet over the weekend. You know what that means, don't you? We have lives! Good for us.

It was a nice day. Cool to start. Warmer later in the sun. Then the clouds starting showing up.
A FRONTAL SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO RAPIDLY DEVELOP OVER THE REGION LATE
TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY...EVENTUALLY RESULTING IN WIDESPREAD AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINS DURING THE DAY SUNDAY. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS AT LEAST IN
EXCESS OF 2 INCHES ARE ANTICIPATED IN MOST AREAS AND A FLASH FLOOD
WATCH WILL BE IN EFFECT FROM TOMORROW MORNING THROUGH TOMORROW NIGHT.
It was wet outside but we managed to get some things done that we needed to do. Good thing. Looks like I'll be tending to the house for the next couple of days. It's just too wet to plant.

Mr. Big Food & Co. made over 30 pounds of ground sausage.

VEGANS and various versions of vegetarians! DO NOT click to read more.

It was something to see. You should have seen that deer shoulder they were cutting and grinding up! Mr. Big Food showed me his spreadsheet as I was cleaning the kitchen. We are sausage rich. There are a few pounds of one called "Texas guts" something.

A little before 9am, Mr. Big Food, A. Leland, and I set out for Ackerman and the Choctow County Flea Market.

It was a bust except for one item-- something for Miss M's birthday!

None of the other roadside sales was any better.

Other than the JFK fan's crappy old book collection-- for which I paid $2-- I have't found anything interesting lately.

It's about to get really busy here on the Farm. Company's coming.

UPDATE: Getting books for free-- including two complete sets of encyclopedias, one of which is really nice-- would top the JKF collection. Free Books! How can you top that?
