I think we're doing well,

but I guess we'll have to ramp it up a notch. We don't have much time.

My thinking is that they are eventually going to be together in the whole house and so she needs to learn how to settle down with him.

We've made great progress on this front. The trick is figuring out who's to blame. 

They can now go for long periods of time without intervention. This is Big News. 

In critical moments, where I hope Rocky will behave like I know he can, he does. He sits there, in front of that plate of food, and that plate of food means nothing to him.  

He sits there, and I gently nudge her away over and over and over again, and she hasn't quite figured it out yet. And in the end, he gets a meatball.
