Recipe: Pork Tenderloin in Sour Cream

served with fazolové lusky na paprice

PORK TENDERLOIN IN SOUR CREAM

For 6

1 ½ lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch slices
Fat
Paprika to taste
Sour cream
1 Tbsp flour

Brown tenderloin slices in hot fat, sprinkling with paprika to taste on both sides. Drain off excess fat if necessary, cover with sour cream, cover skillet, and simmer about 20 minutes or until tender. Remove meat from skillet, add flour to sour cream, and simmer 4 minutes. Serve meat with sauce.
