It started earlier this morning. It's a pretty light rain but it is breezy. Nothing to get excited about. We are under a tornado watch, though. Has the water begun to recede at your place yet?
It has but the canal is still full and the rain is comng on and off. The road is still semi flooded. Stay safe!
