CASSEROLE OF SAUSAGE
AND CORN
Serves 5
10 Vienna sausages (or other franks), washed if necessary
2 C cooked whole kernel corn
½ bell pepper, chopped
Salt, pepper
2 C medium White Sauce (see recipes in Basics section)
Preheat oven to 350o. Mix together corn, bell
pepper, and salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased casserole
in alternating layers with White Sauce. Arrange sausages over top to radiate
from center point. Bake 20 minutes.
