CHICKEN
4 chicken breasts
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Water
Preheat oven to 350o. Place chicken breasts in a
greased baking dish (with sides higher than the chicken breasts) and sprinkle with
dry onion soup mix. Pour enough water into baking dish to cover the chicken,
cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake 2 hours.
