Recipe: Oven Cooked Rice

“If you are a “rice failure”—try this!”


Serves 4 (“This recipe can be cut in half for small servings or enlarged.”)

1 C raw rice (not instant)
2 C boiling water
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 350o. Stir all ingredients together in baking dish, cover, and cook about 45 minutes. Fluff before serving.
